• i don’t know if anyone here is following the situation at eras tour right now with the extreme heat in Rio but i am just. appalled at how t4f is handling this and my hearts go out to any fan, performer, or worker affected by the situation. i work in live events, i know companies feel the need to make massive profits off of concerts, but the safety of everyone in a stadium is number one priority???? only installing fans, allowing water, opening the vents not only after someone literally died but because the main act had to demand it to keep everyone safe??? appalling and despicable. i am glad tonight’s show was postponed for everyone’s safety, but even the way they went about announcing that is disgusting, letting patrons into the venue after the decision was made and not announcing the decision for minutes after in 100+ degree heat. just awful

  • Sorry I just could not imagine that anyone would start a professional men’s hockey league and be like we don’t have team names or branding tho I don’t know why we accept that when it’s women. It doesn’t matter how important branding is to you personally also to make that critique and if we keep doing thing “we can’t critique the PWHL ownership bc they signed off on the player association cba” about literally any decisions they make it’s gonna suck

  • poetry and musical theater get similar accusations leveled at them in terms of not being realistic, i.e. “no one fucking talks like that” or “people don’t randomly burst into song in real life” and sometimes i just want to take people by the shoulders and say. there are forms of art that are not aiming for perfect realism. are you capable of handling that
